At One Reach, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns, or as specified by the seller. These may include (but are not limited to):

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing essential components

  • Items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Return Process

  1. Login to your One Reach account.

  2. Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the item you wish to return.

  3. Choose the reason for return and follow the steps.

  4. Our support team will schedule a pickup if eligible.

  5. Once the item is received and inspected, your return will be processed.

Conditions for Return Approval

  • Product must pass quality check upon return.

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice may be rejected.

  • Repeated returns without valid reasons may result in restricted return privileges.
