Refund Policy

At One Reach, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. If your order is eligible for a return, we offer a transparent and timely refund process.


When Are Refunds Issued?

Refunds are initiated when:

  • A returned item passes the quality check at our facility.

  • An order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • The product is out of stock or cannot be delivered.

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item and requested a refund instead of a replacement.


Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible:

  • Online payments (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking): Refunded to the same account within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS after bank details are provided.

  • Wallet credits (if applicable): Refunded instantly to your One Reach wallet.


How to Track Your Refund

  1. Go to ‘My Orders’ in your One Reach account.

  2. Select the returned/cancelled item.

  3. You will see the refund status and estimated timeline.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or wallet again.

  • Contact your bank/payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  • If the issue persists, reach out to our support team with your order ID.


Deductions and Exceptions

  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If any promo code or discount was applied, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
